Community Service Event – New England Chapter

Today, 27th September Saturday, we members of the New England Chapter gathered at Household Goods Acton, a Donation center for furniture and household goods, staffed by volunteers that helps low- income individuals.

We tackled a variety of tasks, including lifting appliances, upholstery cleaning, microwave testing/ cleaning and sorting kitchen items as per the guidance and instructions of the coordinators.

It was wonderful to see the passionate involvement of our youth members. We enjoyed catching up with everyone in a local restaurant for lunch following the volunteering.
