Volunteer Day at Schiff Nature Preserve: Northeast Chapter

On May 31, 2025, members of the North East Havyaka Chapter gathered at Schiff Nature Preserve in Mendham, NJ — a sanctuary dedicated to protecting native habitats.
A team of 35 enthusiastic volunteers worked together to tackle weeding, remove invasive species, and spread fresh mulch in the garden. It was a wonderful opportunity to give back to nature while strengthening our community bond.

A special highlight was watching our kids jump right in — laughing, learning, and proving that service can be both fun and inspiring for the next generation of volunteers.

After the service, everyone enjoyed a variety of delicious snacks lovingly prepared by our members. It was truly a fulfilling day of service, teamwork, and togetherness!
