Ganesha Habba – Washington DC Chapter

The DC Havyaka Chapter joyfully came together to celebrate Ganesha Habba on Aug 30th at the residence of Manjunath and Parvati, who graciously hosted the event. The evening began with the auspicious Satya Ganapathi Pooje followed by the Satyanarayana Pooje, performed with devotion and active participation from the members present.

After the Pooje, everyone enjoyed a delicious and lovingly prepared dinner, which provided the perfect opportunity for fellowship and connection within the community.

The celebrations continued with a chapter meeting, where members discussed ongoing activities and future plans. The night concluded on a melodious note with a delightful session of light music and bhajans, beautifully rendered by Ramya, Ajit from North Carolina, and Prodeep from Canada. Their performances added a soulful and festive touch to the gathering, leaving everyone with cherished memories of the occasion.
